Processing Time

Each Snark & Soul order is made just for you, so please allow 3–7 business days for us to print, press, and carefully pack your order before it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $5.99
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100.00
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.00

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to other international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping notification is sent.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@snarkandsoul.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
